Subscription Webhook Events

The following webhook events are available for tracking subscription lifecycle changes:

subscription.activeSubscription is successfully activated
subscription.updatedSubscription object was updated (any field change triggers this event)
subscription.on_holdSubscription is put on hold due to failed renewal
subscription.renewedSubscription is renewed for the next billing period
subscription.plan_changedSubscription plan was upgraded, downgraded, or modified
subscription.cancelledSubscription is cancelled
subscription.failedSubscription creation failed during mandate creation
subscription.expiredSubscription reached the end of its term

Using subscription.updated for Real-Time Sync

The subscription.updated webhook fires whenever any subscription field changes, allowing you to keep your application state in sync without polling:

Subscribe to subscription.updated to get real-time notifications about any subscription changes, eliminating the need to poll the API for updates.
