제공되는 항목

• The grant is created in Pending. It stays Pending after the customer links their Telegram account and the bot issues the join request link.
• In the Customer Portal, the customer clicks 연결, sends /start to the Dodo Payments bot to get their Telegram user ID, enters it, and clicks 계정 연결.
• The bot sends the customer a join request link in Telegram. When the customer requests to join, the bot approves the request for their linked account only.
• On cancellation, refund, or manual revoke, the bot removes the customer from the chat and bans them. If they buy again, the bot lifts the ban before it sends a new link.

Open Entitlements

Dodo Payments 대시보드에서 Entitlements로 이동하여 **+**를 클릭한 다음, 통합으로 Telegram Access를 선택합니다. 대시보드에서 Telegram user ID를 요청하며, 이 ID를 통해 봇을 추가한 채팅을 비즈니스와 연결합니다.

다음 두 단계는 Telegram에서 진행하며, 순서는 어느 쪽이든 상관없습니다. user ID를 확인하고 봇을 채팅에 관리자로 추가합니다. 두 작업을 모두 완료한 후 마지막 단계를 위해 대시보드로 돌아옵니다.

Get Your Telegram User ID

Telegram에서 다음 대상에게 **/start**를 전송합니다:

• @dodo_payments_bot - 라이브 모드를 사용하는 경우
• @DodoPaymentsTestBot - 테스트 모드를 사용하는 경우

봇이 숫자로 된 Telegram user ID로 응답합니다. 이를 복사합니다. 마지막 단계에서 대시보드에 붙여넣습니다.

Add the Bot to Your Chat as an Admin

동일한 Telegram 계정에서 액세스를 제한하려는 그룹 또는 채널을 열고 동일한 봇을 관리자로 추가합니다(라이브 모드에서는 @dodo_payments_bot, 테스트 모드에서는 @DodoPaymentsTestBot). 다음 두 권한을 활성화합니다:

• Ban Users: 취소 시 멤버를 제거하는 데 필요합니다.
• Add Users: 유료 고객을 초대하는 데 필요합니다.

다른 관리자 권한은 모두 해제하세요.

Connect Telegram and Pick the Chat

대시보드로 돌아가 2단계의 user ID를 Telegram User ID에 붙여넣고 Connect Telegram을 클릭합니다. Chat 선택기에는 해당 계정으로 봇을 추가한 그룹과 채널이 표시됩니다. 액세스를 제한할 채팅을 선택하고 entitlement의 Name을 입력한 다음 Create Entitlement를 클릭합니다.

고객 흐름

1. 고객이 결제를 완료합니다.
2. Dodo Payments가 Pending grant를 생성합니다. 아직 초대 링크는 생성되지 않습니다.
3. 결제 확인 이메일에 entitlement가 Action Required로 표시되고 Customer Portal 링크가 포함됩니다. 포털에서 고객은 Connect를 클릭하고 봇에 /start를 전송한 다음 Telegram user ID를 입력하고 Link account를 클릭합니다.
4. 봇이 Telegram에서 고객에게 참여 요청 링크를 전송합니다. 고객이 링크를 열고 참여를 요청하면 봇이 요청을 승인합니다.
5. 취소 시 봇이 고객을 채팅에서 제거합니다.
