Dodo Payments Framer plugin आपकी Framer site में Dodo Payments products के लिए buy buttons जोड़ता है। प्रत्येक button आपकी page पर checkout को overlay के रूप में खोलता है या customer को hosted checkout page पर भेजता है—test mode या live mode में।

सेटअप गाइड

Generate API Key

Dodo Payments dashboard में Developer → API Keys पर जाएँ और Add API Key पर click करें। आप सीधे API Keys page भी खोल सकते हैं।एक API key केवल एक mode में काम करती है। Key बनाने से पहले, mode चुनने के लिए sidebar में Live Mode switch का उपयोग करें:
Production के लिए। Customers वास्तविक payment methods से payment करते हैं।
API key को copy करके सुरक्षित रूप से store करें। Dashboard इसे केवल एक बार दिखाता है और अगले step में आपको इसे plugin में paste करना होगा।

Authenticate Plugin

अपनी API key को गोपनीय रखें। इसे कभी share या publish न करें।
  1. Framer में Dodo Payments plugin खोलें। यह Authenticate page पर खुलता है।
  2. API Mode के अंतर्गत अपनी API key से मेल खाने वाला Test Mode या Live Mode चुनें।
  3. अपनी API key को API Key में paste करें।
  4. Continue पर click करें।

Manage Products

Authenticate करने के बाद, plugin आपके चुने गए mode के products को Products के अंतर्गत सूचीबद्ध करता है:
  • Existing products अपने-आप दिखाई देते हैं और प्रत्येक पर One-time या Subscription का label होता है।
  • No products yet: Products के पास मौजूद Plus (+) button पर click करें।
Plus (+) button Dodo Payments dashboard खोलता है, जहाँ आप product बना सकते हैं और उसका price, description तथा अन्य settings तय कर सकते हैं।

Add Buy Buttons

  1. सूची से कोई product चुनें।
  2. Add Buy Button पर click करें।
Plugin आपके canvas में Buy {product_name} label वाला buy button जोड़ता है। उसी product screen पर Edit product को Dodo Payments dashboard में खोलता है और Show Preview उसका checkout preview खोलता है।
यदि आपके पास Framer project में components जोड़ने और उनकी properties बदलने की permission नहीं है, तो Add Buy Button disabled रहता है।

Buy button के काम करने के तरीके को बदलने के लिए उसे canvas पर चुनें और Framer में उसकी properties edit करें।

Select Checkout Experience

Checkout कैसे खुलेगा, यह चुनने के लिए Type सेट करें:
  • Overlay: Checkout आपकी Framer page पर overlay के रूप में खुलता है, इसलिए customers आपकी site पर ही रहते हैं। नए buttons के लिए plugin इसी type का उपयोग करता है।
  • Hosted: Button Dodo Payments hosted checkout page से link होता है। Link Target यह तय करता है कि page नए tab में खुलेगा या उसी tab में।

Customize Appearance Options

इन properties के साथ button और checkout को अपनी site से match करें:
  • Checkout Theme: Light या dark checkout।
  • Label: Button का text, जैसे “Buy Now”, “Purchase” या “Get Started”।
  • Button styling: Background color, text color, font, font size, border radius और padding।
  • Return URL: वह Framer page या URL जहाँ checkout के बाद customers वापस आते हैं।
  • Environment: Live या Test। Plugin इसे उस mode पर सेट करता है जिससे आपने authenticate किया है।

Troubleshooting

Problem: Plugin authenticate नहीं होता।Solutions:
  • जाँचें कि आपने पूरी API key paste की है।
  • जाँचें कि API Mode उस mode से मेल खाता है जिसमें key बनाई गई थी। Test mode key live mode में काम नहीं करती और live mode key test mode में काम नहीं करती।
  • अपना internet connection जाँचें।
Problem: Add Buy Button disabled है।Solutions:
  • जाँचें कि Framer project में आपकी role आपको components जोड़ने और उनकी properties बदलने की अनुमति देती है।
  • जाँचें कि plugin authenticated है।
  • Plugin को बंद करके फिर से खोलें।
Problem: Products plugin में दिखाई नहीं देते।Solutions:
  • जाँचें कि आपने अपने Dodo Payments dashboard में products बनाए हैं।
  • जाँचें कि products उसी mode में मौजूद हैं जिसमें आपकी API key है। Plugin केवल उसी mode के products सूचीबद्ध करता है जिससे आपने authenticate किया है।
  • Plugin को फिर से authenticate करें।
