Discounts in Change Plan
You can now apply discounts when changing a customer’s subscription plan. Whether upgrading, downgrading, or switching between plans, any active or new discount can be included as part of the plan change, giving you more flexibility in how you handle subscription transitions.
Use discounts during plan changes to incentivize upgrades, offer loyalty pricing, or smooth transitions for customers moving between tiers.
